BEL Emulsifier - Cream Maker and Butter Blender. Made in England by Bel. Empire Jubilee Model, Pat. #448775-68. Maker is in two parts (a & b). a) glass jar with screw top onto which b) fits. b) red mottled plastic screw-on top with steel agitator mechanism - handle is also steel. Action is pump-like. c) Instruction sheet with recipes. Has been put inside glass jar. (Missing)
