Small, hollow, internally threaded screw-cutting tool for forming screw threads on bolts, etc. Five-sided, made of very heavy metal. The internal screw thread is shaped like a four-leafed clover. Around the perimeter are printed the letters "Whit" and the numbers "14 & 7/16".
