Description

Ladies black dress (georgette?) with shirred waist, ruffled. tired bodice, long sleeves, elasticized cuff, 4 tiers of ruffles on lower edge. Back closure has snaps. The bodice is shirred into the neckline which can be adjusted with drawstring. Sleeves are set in and puffed and shirred in partway in and fullness is released again and gathered into shirred cuff. The cuff is adjusted with two dome fasteners. This appears to have been altered.
