A) Wooden embroidery hoop, 14 inches in diameter. "Made in Taiwan Republic of China" on clear plastic label.
B) Gibbs Quilting Hoop with stand. Size 18 inches by 27 inches. Box instructions read "The new and easy way to quilt. Makes quilting at home pleasant "pick-up" work. The Gibbs Quilting Hoop solved the quilting problem for the woman who wishes to finish her own quilts at home and whose working space is limited, thus prohibiting the use of a large quilting frame" on the box. Directions for use follow, accompanied on the right by a black line drawing of a seated quilter using the frame stand. Frame is wood with metal screws, comprising the hoop, and a supporting "leg" in two pieces with a screw assembly half way up.
