Description

Jugs (2), of pottery, golden colour with black writing stamped on front, under spout of jug. Obviously designed for household use. Quite heavy to hold. Has handle opposite spout to pour from. Modified Cone Shape-Circular base, tapers upward. Glazed with a transparent glaze over the whole jug. Writing on front in black-"DEAL AT YOUR HOME STORE". Ask for Ogilvie's Royal Household Flour. SIDNEY TRADING CO. LTD." No apparent maker's mark on base. Circumference of base approx. 0.28m. Given diameter is of base.
