A small (2 cup) sifter, metal (tin), with a moveable 4" handle attached to a moveable hook at sieve bottom which hastens the movement of flour through the sieve. It has embossed lines on the side indicating "1 cup" and "2 cups Full" depths, and on other side"Made in U.S.,A.
