Water colour picture of Haro Strait, Mt. Baker and Gordon Head in the background, the artist must have been high up on the Experimental Station (presently known as Center for Plant Health) looking down over the meadow and the ocean.
The frame is painted brown with a gilt trim.
There is a 3" white strip along the top with red arrows pointing to the points of interest.
The backboard has a paper cover and a wire hanger.
