Description

a) Small pair of scales (made in India) 2 pans attached by three chains each to a cross piece. b) Case - black leather (?) with velvet lining, silver clasps to lock the case. c) Brass stand, hook top, screws into hole in case. Made in India, c 1930's d - k) Weights (in grammes) made of brass, 1-50g., 1-20g., 2-10g's., 2-2g's., 1-1g., In the black case, the weights are made of tin and marked in milligrams. Red and green tassel attached to top of stand.
