A short-handled grass hook or sickle. It consists of a curved metal blade slotted into a wooden handle (about 2" of metal right-angled into the wood). The metal blade is very rusty, but is still quite sharp and has a small hole quite near the tip of the handle, for hanging. "True temper No. 2" in white on what was black paint, now mostly worn off. The two rivets are still holding the blade very firmly.
