Grinding wheel used to sharpen tools, wooden frame similar to a saw horse supports the stone. Stone is attached to a handle which allows the stone to be turned for use. Stand is crudely made and the wood is badly weathered and of an unknown kind. Stone is worn on sides and edges. Type of metal used for handle and axle also unknown. The disc shaped grindstone appears to be made of sandstone. Recorded as emery wheel but seems unlikely. Sand stone wheel would be used with water for sharpening.
