Description

Straw circular hand fan, 21.5 cm diameter, made of narrow straw braid, handstitched to form the circle. Slender black wood? [possibly ebony], bamboo? handle forms small circle at centre of fan, attached with bushed rivet and a similar circle where handle meets fan edge .
