Metal case covered with black grain leather - lined in blue velvet. Case snaps open and shut by sliding metal clasp on top side. Contents: Hand slit lamp in four parts. Battery case handle - no batteries. Card containing light bulb and instruction book. Made by Bausch and Lomb Optical Company, Rochester, N.Y. (b) battery case and handle (c, d, e, ) lamp parts (f) hi-light light bulb in cardboard (g) Instruction book
