Hatpin with straight metal shaft and flat head (0.053m.) of unknown metal.
End shaped and decorated with either enamel or china which has had a design painted over it. Background is white with black edges which have been decorated with gold dots and an inner line. The actual surface is decorated with the head & shoulders of an oriental woman; background of building and tree at side. Surface slightly convex. Probably hand painted.
