Oval cast brass "HERITAGE/BUILDING" metal plaque. Recessed matte black textured central area, forming narrow brass border. Raised central brass text reads: "TOWN OF SIDNEY/[pre-1996 Town of Sidney crest]/HERITAGE/BUILDING". Partially finished reverse. Appears not to have been used.
