Description

Black beaver felt hat, made from a beaver felt hood that has been only minimally manipulated to form a slight brim at front, accented with a “tailored” bow of self-fabric above brim. Faded black band inside. Stamped in white inside crown is “GENUINE IMPORTED SOLEIL/ Tchecoslovaquie” Label reads “Anita Pineault”. A second label inside band reads: “260581” in red up left side, brown seal which reads: “UNITED HATTERS CAP & MILLINERY WKRS/ INT UNION”, and to right of this reads: “ELLOUETTE SYNDICALE/ CANADA/ UNION LABEL [A inside circle]” in red.
