Moulded foam plastic ivory straw boater-style hat. Top surface impressed with woven straw pattern. Mauve satin ribbon hatband printed: "Sidney Jazz Frestival". Interior rubber band [now perished in several spots] to aid head sizing. Moulded into the inside crown is: "U.S. PAT. 330874/CAN. PAT. 770337[Pm inside a circle] MADE IN U.S.A./U.S. PAT 3765030/CAN PAT. 1003151".
