Description

Non-commercial unisex jabot created out of a piece of white polyester floral patterned lace formed into two deep, puffed tiers, with a fold forming the bottom edge of each tier. Machine and hand stitching. Jabot attached to wide lace neckband. One end of neckband has medium width elastic strap with [integral] two sets of metal hooks, probably taken from a brassiere. The other has a wide elastic strap, perhaps taken from pyjama pants elastic, to which has been sewn the hook end of the brassiere fastening. Two silver safety pins attached to neckband.
