Small white-enamelled tin, oval jelly [blancmange, aspic] mould made in three sections [two sections form bottom area and one section forms top], The moulded food presents the appearance of three-tiers: a top, flat oval centred on a swirling reed tier and a base tier of large reeded motifs.
