Picture puzzle from series "Scenes from famous movies". Square cut rather than jigsaw pieces which fit into square holes cut in two-piece main frame. 330 square pieces, finished picture 20"X13". Called "At the Farm Gate". A /Somerville/Game Made in Canada [c. 1930's]. Picture is of a young girl in a purple skirt and yellow top, standing at a wooden gate, waving to someone. Farm yard and land with red thatched roof cottage behind tree. Girl is wearing a white cap, looks Dutch, and what appears to be black boots and stockings. Yellow top has a square white bib. Lower left corner of lid -- U.S. Patent 1-714-127.Acquisition
