Description

017.009.018 A circle of royal blue cotton pique fabric, with a casing sewn around the circumference. A wide, flat, white cotton braid-woven shoelace [hockey skate lace?] has been threaded through the casing and knotted, to adjust the fullness to, presumably, a head size.
