Lady's collar of fine white fabric (cotton lawn) embroidered in fine pale blue thread. Cutwork embroidery techniques are used forming a symmetrical design of flowers, leaves and circles. Outer edges are scalloped. Neck edge has been bound with fabric and securred by two rows of machine stitching. Background fabric is lightly soiled in areas. Embroidery probably machine stitched.
