Description

A black velvet hat with a small brim and a large velvet bow at the back. It has a 5" black lace veil going right around the brim, also a black elasticized band inside to help keep the hat in place over the hair. On the inside is an ivory label with: "Original Millinery World--Vancouver, Canada" on it.
