Description

Full-length white cotton lawn [?] nightgown with short sleeves cut in one. Slightly flared silhouette [see remarks]. Lowered, rounded neckline, front and back, finished with white hand buttonhole stitch embroidered scallops, with embroidered eyelets for a ribbon. Front has white hand embroidery of two stylized flower motifs, leaf sprays and rows of vertical dots. Sleeve edges finished as neck and has central leaf spray-dots motif.
