Description

Ledger from the Brackman store. Legal size ledger, cloth bound, beige, with red (faded) leather corners and inserts on spine. "DAY-BOOK" gold embossed 1/2" on spine. Cover patterned with black. On inside front sticker, red, "T. N. Hibben & Co. Booksellers and Stationary, Victoria, BC" in shape of a book. Pages are consecutively numbered, and ruled. Paper has cream appearance and fine lines. Entries in ink (black originally, gone to brown) in ledger, handwritten dates (begins "1892 Sep. 24 H.Iintenden Postage stamp." On back inner cover in pencil by hand "bey" & "Ester Roberts 135"
