Inside front cover handwritten ink inscription: “M11386 Driver Dave Amos/Headquarters/2 Can. Div.”. Back endpaper has penciled notation: “038.997/Bourgtheroulde/FIEF AUX BONNETS/Turn of [sic] to go to BOISNEY” Remarks
