Floppy disk Blue 3.5” floppy disk. White adhesive label on front reads: “INDEX” in red followed by “/” in black ink with red horizontal lines for writing. Grey lined label sticker on top of centre of white label. Back on plastic reads: “HC42941 MADE IN JAPAN”. On back written in red on white adhesive label reads: “CERTRON” with logo underneath.
