Post Office Marking Stamp. Wooden handle consists of a round knob on a shaped, elongated stem. There is a thin metal cap on one end and attached to this is the stamp. Stamp is a narrow metal bar with the words 'NOT CALLED FOR' printed on it. Metal is probably brass
