Description

Square mat or doily of off-white silk with fringed edges (fringed from original fabric). Has two rows of drawn thread work and embroidered rose. Embroidery done in white, pink, grey-green and light green. Thread also may be silk. Embroidery Techniques of Satin Stitch and French knots. Possibly to use on a ladies dressing table.
