Description

Rectangular fabric bag with open end widthways. Woven (plain weave construction) with one side seamed and base seamed. Large stitches appear machine sewn. Open end (top) has selvages as edges. Fabric is probably cotton and is quite thick and rough. Approxiamately half way down the length two narrow blue stripes run across the width of the fabric. Below these stripes two words are stamped in black tall letters "PRODUCCION ARGENTINA". Presumably this was a sack for grain or a similar product. Age?
