a) Thermometer, instrument used for measuring body temperature, blue and silver, with a silver face like a clock face with black numbers and a silver plunger at top. On the back of "clock face" is the inscription in a circle "Cary" and 24055 underneath.
b) Case - bottom part, black plastic box-like case, hole at one end for clock kshape to fit into. Furrow for the handle.
c) Case - top part, a clear plastic case, on the top is written "Cary" "Before placing, draw out button, removing, push button".
d) Instruction sheet for use of thermometer and the various methods of placing thermometer on different parts of the body.Acquisition
