Metal Container. Waterproof GumEntry/Object ID
2001.051.001Description
Small round metal container, very rusty with a paper wrapper of red, white and blue which has the information on the contents. It contained waterproof gum with many uses--e.g.: repairing leaks, caulking, sticking down Duorid shingles. There is some still left in the tin, but don't know how much-- the lid has rusted on. The wrapper (paper) is red, white and blue, and contains the information on usage, plus a picture of a pair of hands holding an applicator, plus three tiles, plus the information on where it came from.
