Description

Cast metal scoop, metal unknown has silvered finish, brass colour beneath, used for ice cream, mashed vegetables, etc. fixed in place with wire so it is immobile. As handle was squeezed, bar inside scoop moved back and forward so contents of scoop would be dislodged. Stamped on metal "GILCHRIST 30 SIZE 12"
