Military walking stick, perhaps a presentation or commemorative item. Tapered shaft of varnished wood, with lead [?] ball finial covered with brown leather [damaged] and lashed with brown leather thong at join finial and shaft. Upper area of shaft hand carved with military badge of garter star surmounted by king's crown and with central beaver ringed with "Canadian Army Service Corps" Below badge is monogram in cursive "E.H.L./1917". White metal ferrule.
