Description

Grater Hand-held unit, made of base metal with silver-coloured coating, consists of two sections with hinged handles. The end of one handle is a rectangular food hopper with a rotating grating cylinder below, operated with a crank having a green wooden knob [set for right-handed use]. The other section has a rounded clamp surface, pressing the food to be grated into the grating cylinder. Hinged handles are held in one hand and squeezed while the other hand turns the crank. End of hopper stamped: "MOULI-GRATER/FOR/NUTS, CHEESE/BREAD, NUTMEG/ETC//PATENT APPLIED FOR/BRITISH MADE"
