Kodak Brownie 8mm movie camera (b) and case (a). (b) Camera has metal housing with brushed grey metal trim, light brown textured faux leather sides, and ridged dark brown metal top, bottom and sides.Serial number 457674. "Kodak Cine Ektanon Lens 13 mmf/2.7 ["L" in circle]. (a) Moulded medium brown artificial leather case with brown woven strap and white stitching. Swivel lid for case, Top of lid stamped "Kodak" inside a circle. Bottom of case stamped "Brownie Movie Camera/Field Case/Single Lens Model/Made in/Toronto Canada For/Canadian Kodak Co. Limited/T.M. Reg. U.S. Pat. Off. Snap fasteners in case variously marked " Scovill Gripper" and "United Carr". {c} black leather wrist strap, stitched along either edge, and finished with a white metal fitting consisting of a knurled knob which screws into the camera housing and swivelling ring fitting attached to end of strap. d) Brownie Movie Light: beige-gray-coloured, wide U-shaped metal bar has brown bakelite socket with push through switch mounted on each end. Sockets marked: "MONOWATT/ELEC/ CORP" and "660 W/UL[Underwriters" Laboratories]/250V".Two brown/yellow decals applied to bar. One gives electrical and manufacturer's information ["MADE IN U.S.A., EASTMAN KODAK COMPANY/…MODEL 1"], the other is a chart for lens openings using this light. An oval decal reads: "SOLE IMPORTER INTO CANADA/CANADIAN/KODAK CO. LIMITED/TORONTO//C.S.A. APPROVAL NO 1759". Knurled knob with threaded centre, in centre of bar. Brown plastic-covered cord with moulded plug marked "CORNISH" . Cord also has small brown sticker marked, in part, "UNDERWRITERS LAB" AND "CORNISH".Acquisition
