Description

Paint chipper or scraper. or Chisel. Heavy metal head, modified two-ended axe shape, with one vertical and one horizontal end, each of which has been hand sharpened. One side of head is marked "RCN/Fraser", the other is marked "RCN" and has crudely punched markings, presumably for personal identification. Tapered wooden helve. Head has "599" painted on it.
