Description

Pencil case of papier Mache with coloured and glazed lacquered decoration. Two piece pencil box-inner box fits inside the 'cover' with a jagged edge-as if it were a 'secret' compartment. Box has an orange background on both outer areas and designs are painted in gold and black. Inner 'drawer' has a green interior. Colours have obviously faded on inside-paint in area covered by outer box is much brighter.
