Description

Small silver cylinder with a slit down one side (don'ts know for what reason), and a small "eye" at the bottom end for a fine cord to go through to attach to a dance card, which was a card signed by gentlemen asking a lady for a dance during the evening. Usually was attached to said lady's wrist by the cord.
