Description

Aluminum metal stands upright on a black metal base. Tube is in two parts. The bottom is spring loaded and the top can be pushed down and a pin pops out of the top. French writing is imprinted on the top of the base. "Une a une, brevete S.G.D.G.France et etrangers".
