Description

White china plate, quite thick china. Design under glaze. Around outside rim - thicker navy blue line surrounded on both sides by a thin red line, lines break to set off British Columbia Coat of Arms in blue. The plate appears small for a dinner plate, but is too large for a bread and butter. Used in North Saanich Hotel 1898 - 1906. Made by Furnivals English Hotel Ware.
