Description

"Valet" auto-strop safety razor in mottled brown/black bakelite-type plastic case. a) Razor is in gold metal and is marked with "Gillette Safety Razor Co./ of Canada Limited/ Auto-Strop Division// Montreal/Canada" on reverse and "Valet" on front. b) Case has a holder for razor blades on right, full of blades, and under razor a strop with inscription on the end, which cannot be read due to the fragility of the plastic. 14 July 2020 - hc - heavy green patina growth in cast on sharpening end.
