Description

a) Modified trapezoidal-shaped, hand-hammered brass tray with rounded corners. A flat sheet of brass has been raised to form a three-sided tray, with tapering flat side rims and wide, flat back rim. Open side of tray has edge slightly bent down, to make it easier to sweep in the crumbs. b) Crumber (scraper) similarly shaped, with an integral, heavily hammer-textured, slight curved handle, with the cut edges rolled under.
