Framed colour photograph of Town of Sidney Secondary Sewage Treatment Plant, Bazan Bay. Plant in center of photo - under construction - 2 smaller buildings look completed. Road in foreground (Lochside) and side road along one side. Trucks, power poles, trees, etc. Frame is wood painted black with gilt on inside edge.
