Description

Black net shoulder shaped shawl with ties. ( may have been a decorative apron?)Three (3) rows of rectangular, narrow spangles sewn around body; two (2) rows outline back of neck; spangles are 1/2" long, 1/8" wide. On back of neck are two (2) sewn on tags saying in red: "40" and "MADE IN FRANCE".
