Description

Slide rule with leather case. a. Slide rule - made by Ricoh, Japan No. 151. Bamboo construction, encased in white plastic, slide coated only on top and bottom. Lettering in black and red. The hairline on the sliding glass plate is red. The body (top and bottom strips) are held together by 2 end clamps bolted together at top and screwed together at bottom, as has the sliding glass strip. The slide (the middle section) slides completely out and can be reversed (b). "S. GREENLEE" has een inked on bottom edge. b. Leather case (brown) has 3 sections stitched together - shaped front, back with flap, and flap strap. "RICOH" (enclosed in an oval) has been cut into flap with "JAPAN" below. "GREENLEE" has been cut into flap strap and inked "S. GREENLEE" under flap.
