Lace-trimmed souvenir handkerchief from Belgium, 1917. Material is a pale pink organdy with white lace trim. Hem of organdy where lace is attached is covered by a narrow rose rick-rack. Across one corner of the handkerchief are the flags of the allies forming the number "1917". Below "Souvenir de Belgique" in yellow. All are machine stitched in embroidery floss. All machine made, square.
