Cast iron spirit level containing three 'bubbles' which indicate if the surface the level is on is completely level or not. Cast iron with black paint finish. One bubble is located in centre top of level and two more are perpendicular, being incorporated into the iron work design between the base and top of the level. No owners name is apparent but makers name is marked "C.E. Jennings and Co. New York U.S.A." See 971.J.162 for general description of spirit levels.Acquisition
