Description

"Perfecscope" stereoscope. "EXPOSITION UNIVERSELLE INTERNATIONALE/ HC WEILE CO" Inscribed on top portion of stereoscope on an embossed center medallion. This particular artifact was manufactured for the Paris Exposition World's Fair in 1900. Stereoscope features wood and metal construction and is lined with faded red velvet. Earliest patent date is 1895 and the newest date is listed as June 3, 1902.
