a) 100 (approximately) surgical masks made of a tissue-like paper (3 layers) folded into shape, machine sewn each end with elastics to attach to the ears. b) Cardboard carton--"Citation Face Masks, Two Ply", printed in English & French in green. Made by Ingram & Bell Ltd., Don Mills, Ontario. "100--No. 5-818." Container is white with green lettering.
