Aluminum [?] tatting shuttle [with integral hook at one end] with removable bobbin, attached to its original packaging. One side of shuttle is stamped "Tatting Shuttle/Made in U.S.A./The Boye Needle Co. Chicago.". The other side reads: "More Thread/Less Knots". The cardboard packaging is printed in red, medium and light blue and white. The "Boye" logo in a circle in left upper corner, and other information and a line drawing of how the bobbin is to be filled. Also "Item/No. 1024". In upper right corner is a price circle, which was originally printed "29 [cents]" but now has an adhesive sticker reading "49". Package footer printed with company information.,Acquisition
